Genome Sequence Informatics - Home
The Genome Sequence Informatics (GSI) team provides tools and workflows for sequence analysis and QC, with particular expertise in a wide variety of cancer sequence data. Using highly automated and re-producable workflows, GSI can perform both primary and secondary analyses, and where required, can also perform bespoke analysis using specific and cutting-edge software. GSI assists collaborators in experimental design, as well as the interpretation of the results and the publication of experimental results.
Key projects and Research
- MISO (collaboration with Earlham Institute)
- Simulating Next-Generation Sequencing Datasets From Empirical Mutation and Sequencing Models (collaboration with University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign)
- Validation and QC of Cancer sequencing data (part of ICGC)
